Each Self Hypnosis CD has two tracks, running between 20 and 40 minutes:

In Track I, Lynn has woven in a variety of hypnosis techniques specifically designed to target each condition, with original backing music composed by Broadway composers: Dianne Adams and James McDowell. Through Lynn's guidance, the three incorporated the use of sound therapy selected to encourage the changes needed to be made in each condition using pitches, rhythms, and different sounds, creating a deep reaching experience.

Track II is the original backing music, without the original Winters Self Hypnosis dialogue. Track II can be used in those circumstances where privacy is an issue. The more you listen to Track I, the original Winters Self Hypnosis dialogue with the original back music, the more effective Track II can be to stimulate the same impact for supporting the change, without the “hypnotic trance”.
